公路工程招投标项目不平衡报价的调整解析

摘　　要：本文以公路工程招投标项目不平衡报价的调整解析为主要内容进行阐述,结合当下不平衡报价出现的原因和规避不平衡报价现象出现的有效方式为主要依据,首先分析了施工企业保证资金回收导致、清单中工程数量编制误差导致、过分重视低价中标导致、招标文件错误以及设计失误导致,其次从收集造价管理信息工作、严格把握工程变更和索赔关卡、完善招标条款结合文件确定不平衡报价、注重招标前期准备工作这几方面进行深入探讨和分析,其目的在于避免公路工程招标项目不平衡标价现象发生,提升报价公正和合理性,旨在为相关研究提供参考资料.This article to highway engineering bidding project adjustment of unbalanced quotation analysis as the main content,combined with the current unbalanced quotation phenomenon reason is introduced and avoid unbalanced quotation effective way as the main basis,first analyzes the construction enterprise a money-back guarantee,list of engineering quantity to compile error lead to errors,too much attention to the bidding result in low,the tender documents and design mistakes,Second from collecting cost management information work,strictly grasp the engineering change and claim level,perfect the tendering terms combined with files to determine the unbalanced quotation,pay attention to the early stage of the bidding in-depth discussion and analysis on the preparation of this a few aspects,its aim is to avoid the phenomenon of unbalanced bid highway construction projects subject to tender,ascending price fairness and rationality,aimed to provide reference for related research data.
