摘  要:为合理制定水稻优质高产栽培养分管理措施提供参考,以宜香优2115和丰优香占为材料,研究传统施肥管理模式(Traditional fertilization mode,TFM)和精确施肥管理模式(Precise Fertilization Model,PFM)2种不同养分管理方式下水稻产量和稻米品质的差异。结果表明:与传统施肥模式相比,精确施肥管理模式下,宜香优2115平均增产14.5%,丰优香占平均增产10.8%;2个水稻品种均表现出整精米率略有降低,粒长、长宽比、透明度无差异,垩白粒率、垩白度、碱消值和胶稠度差异不明显,直链淀粉含量基本无差异,蛋白质含量明显提高。采用精确施肥管理模式可提高水稻产量,改善稻米品质。To provide references for rational formulation of nutrient management measures for high-quality and high-yield rice cultivation,a nutrient management experiment was conducted in two fertilization modes,traditional fertilization mode(TFM)and precise fertilization mode(PFM),with test materials of Yixiangyou 2115 and Fengyouxiangzhan,to explore the difference of rice yield and quality under two different nutrient management modes.Results:Compared with TFM,PFM increased yield of Yixiangyou 2115 and Fengyouxiangzhan by 14.5%and 10.8%respectively.Both rice varieties showed a slight decrease in head rice rate,no difference was observed in kernel length,length-width ratio,and transparency,no significant difference was observed in chalky rice rate,chalkiness degree,alkali spreading value,and gel consistency,the amylose content was basically the same,and the protein content was significantly increased.PFM could improve rice yield and rice quality.
