摘 要:为斜纹夜蛾生物农药的研发及拓展赪桐植物资源在生物农药方面的应用提供参考,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)研究赪桐石油醚提取物化学成分组成,并采用浸虫浸叶法,测试赪桐石油醚提取物对斜纹夜蛾幼虫的杀虫活性。结果表明:该提取物主要包含21种化学成分,分别为脂肪族、萜类和芳香族等,其中脂肪族化合物占56.967%,萜类化合物和芳香族化合物分别占11.763%和2.617%;提取物对斜纹夜蛾幼虫有较强的杀虫活性,其LC 50为12.534 mg/mL;棕榈酸甲酯、芳樟醇和六氢法尼基丙酮可能一定程度上代表赪桐石油醚提取物的杀虫活性成分。In order to provide a reference for develop biopesticide against Spodoptera litura and expand the application of Clerodendrum japonicum resource in biopesticide field,the chemical components of petroleum ether extract from C.japonicum are studied by GC-MS,and the insecticidal activity of petroleum ether extract from C.japonicum against S.litura larvae is tested by leaf dipping method.Result:The extract includes 21 chemical components mainly,which are aliphatic series,terpenoids,aromatic series,etc.Aliphatic compound accounts for 56.967%,terpenoids and aromatic compound account for 117.763%and 2.617%respectively.The extract has good insecticidal activity against S.litura with LC 50 of 12.534 mg/mL.Methyl palmitate,Linalool and Hexahydrofarnesyl acetone may represent insecticidal active component of petroleum ether extract from C.japonicum to some extent.
