摘  要:浮游藻类是水生生态系统中主要的初级生产者,在水质监测中起着关键作用。噬藻体是感染原核藻类(蓝藻)的病毒,广泛分布于各类水体中,是浮游病毒的重要组成部分。水体富营养化导致藻类水华频繁发生,藻类病毒则在藻类水华的消亡中起重要作用,对蓝藻群落结构和生物生产量等方面的调控具有重要意义,是控制蓝藻水华生消的潜在生物因子。为病毒-宿主的相互关系研究提供理论依据,及为噬藻体防治藻类水华的应用提供科学参考,系统整理近年来关于浮游藻类和噬藻体生态功能及环境影响因素方面的相关研究,探讨噬藻体-浮游藻类在水生生态系统中的互作关系,并提出下一步的研究重点及方向。Phytoplankton is the main primary producer in aquatic ecosystem,which plays a key role in water quality monitoring.Cyanophage is the virus infected with prokaryotic algae(Cyanophyta),which is widely distributed in all kinds of water bodies,and is the important component of Virioplankton.Water eutrophication causes frequent occurence of algal bloom.Phycovirus plays an important role in extinction of algal bloom,is of great significance for regulation of cyanobacterial community structure and biological production,and is also the potential biological factor for controlling growth and extinction of cyanobacterial bloom.In order to provide the theoretical basis for research of virus-host interactions,and to provide the scientific basis for application of Cyanophage controlling algal bloom,the relative research of ecological functions and enviromental influencing factors for Phytoplankton and Cyanophage is summarized systematically,the interaction between Cyanophage-Phytoplankton in aquatic ecosystem is discussed as well,and the future research priority and direction is put forward.
