摘  要:针对麻类作物作为青饲料使用时切碎效果不理想的情况,研制出93QS-5.0型麻类青饲料切碎机,通过设计主要工作部件,确定喂入装置、拨送装置、夹持装置、切碎装置、防缠绕装置的主要结构和工作参数,并分析滚筒直径与滚筒转速参数对纤维缠绕滚筒的影响。以饲用苎麻为原料对样机进行性能检测,结果表明:该机具切碎后的物料标准草长率为86%,平均切碎长度为35 mm,纯工作小时切料工效为5.1 t/h。该机具结构紧凑、稳定性好,具备较好的防纤维缠绕性能,检测各项指标均达到设计要求和JB/T7144-2007《青饲料切碎机》标准,能够满足麻类青饲料切碎加工需要。Bast fiber crops are not easy to shred when used as green fodder.In order to solve this problem,93QS-5.0 bast fiber crop green fodder chopper was developed.By designing the main working parts,the main structure and working parameters of the feeding device,the transfer device,the clamping device,the shredding device,and the anti-winding device were determined,and the influence of the drum diameter and drum speed parameters on the fiber winding drum were analyzed.The performance of the prototype was tested with ramie for feed.The results showed that the standard grass length rate of the shredded material was 86%,the average cutting length was 35 mm,and the pure working hour cutting efficiency was 5.1 t/h.The machine was compact in structure,stable in work,and had good anti-fiber entanglement performance.The testing indicators reached the design requirements and the"JB/T7144-2007 Green Feed Chopper Standard",which can meet the needs of bast fiber crop green feed shredding processing.
