摘 要:针对部分学生自我管理能力缺乏,学习目的不明确,学习动力不足,建立完善的学业预警机制,帮助学生及时了解自己的学业状态;制定完善的学业预警程序,确保结果准确无误,预警措施落实到位,处理结果学校、家长和学生都接受并认可;通过精准的学业帮扶,与学生一起认真分析学业落后的具体原因,找到影响学业的根本困难,为学生提供必要的指导和帮助。结果表明,采用预警帮扶措施后,学生学业的总体情况得到较为明显的改善,已经连续三个学期降低了预警率1.5个百分点。In response to the lack of self-management ability,unclear learning goals and insufficient learning motivation for some students,a sound academic early warning mechanism is established to help students understand their academic status in time.Sound academic early warning procedures are developed to ensure the results are accurate,early warning measures are in place,and the results are accepted and recognized by schools,parents and students.Through precise academic support,teachers carefully analyze the specific reasons for poor academic achievements with students,find the fundamental problems that affect academics,and provide students with necessary guidance and support.The results show that the overall academic situation of students has been significantly improved after adopting early warning assistance measures,and the early warning rate has been reduced by 1.5 percentage points for three consecutive semesters.
