摘  要:结合我校的教学现状并根据学生的学习、心理特点和成长规律,提出基于兴趣小组课外教学模式的人才培养策略,构建了"兴趣导向—专业引导—实践探究—创新应用"新型课外教学模式,让学生的学习在保持连贯性的同时还能发掘和提高其专业兴趣方面的各种能力,提高康复专业素养,有效地深化和提高教学质量,实现培养应用型人才的教育目标。The case of this paper is based on the present teaching situation of the rehabilitation therapy,and according to the psychological characteristics and development laws of the students.We put forward the strategy of interest groups extra-curricular learning model,and build the new learning model of"interest orientation-professional guidance-practice research-innovation and application",in order to let the students make full use of spare time to consolidate professional knowledge,deepen professional practice exploration,guide the application of professional skills and innovation,explore their professional interests and improve the professional quality of rehabilitation.
