摘  要:床旁教学是传统临床医学教学的基本模式,这种模式的大体情形是:年轻医生(包括住院医师、实习和见习、规培医生等)围绕在病床前,在带教老师的带领下仔细询问病人病史,认真检查物理体征和体格检查等,引导出重要的生理、病理反射,最后根据采集的病史、物理体征和实验室检查结果,在老师引导下分析推断出可能的疾病诊断,进一步制定出治疗方案和措施的教学方法。Bedside teaching is the basic model of traditional clinical medicine teaching.The general situation of this model is that around the hospital bed,young doctors(including resident doctors,interns and trainee,and training doctors,etc.)carefully ask patients’medical history under the guidance of the teacher,carefully examine the physical signs and physical examination,and guide important physiological and pathological reflexes.Finally,according to the collected medical history,physical signs and laboratory examination results,analyze and infer possible disease diagnosis under the guidance of teachers,and further formulate treatment plans and measures.
