摘　　要：为了探究行业院校研究生职业素养培养路径,对行业院校研究生培养现状进行深入的调查研究,分析其所面临的困境;结合当今社会发展对于人才的需求,基于行业院校研究生培养特性,提出了行业院校研究生职业素养的培养路径:校园文化建设、课程教学融入、导师日常管理、完善培养体系,为进一步培养德智体美劳全面发展的高层次人才奠定基础。In order to explore the cultivation path of professional quality of postgraduates in specialized institutions,this paper conducts in-depth investigation and research on the current situation of postgraduates'cultivation in specialized institutions,and analyzes the difficulties they are facing.Combined with the demand of the current social development for talents,and based on the characteristics of the cultivation of postgraduates in specialized institutions,this paper puts forward the cultivation path for the improvement of the professional quality of postgraduates in specialized institutions,including the construction of campus culture,the integration of curriculum teaching,the daily management of tutors,and the improvement of the cultivation system,in order to lay the foundation for further training of high-level talents with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,art and labor.
