摘　　要：在审核评估中,教学档案是最重要的支撑材料之一,教学质量监控体系则是审核评估考察的重要部分之一。该文分析了传统模式下二级学院教学档案整理利用工作和教学质量监控的缺陷,并对湘潭大学文学与新闻学院在迎接审核评估过程中的做法进行了总结,而且从教学档案管理信息化建设和教学质量监控信息化建设的角度,对教学档案整理利用的未来进行了展望。Teaching files are one of the most important supporting materials in the audit and evaluation,and the teaching quality monitoring system is one of the important parts of the audit and evaluation.This paper analyzes the shortcomings in the management and utilization of teaching files and teaching quality monitoring in secondary colleges under the traditional model,and summarizes the practices of the School of Literature and Journalism of Xiangtan University in the practice of the audit and evaluation.And it also looks into the future of the arrangement and utilization of teaching files from the perspective of information construction of the management and utilization of teaching files and the monitoring teaching quality.
