摘  要:海洋是21世纪的宝库,海洋强国战略已成为国家发展的重要指向标。相较于之前我国海洋开发注重水产、工程的单一发展模式,现如今,海洋资源的多方位开发已然成为社会发展热点,海洋人才的教学培养更成为向海图强的关键。该文主要从海洋教学的平台建设、双导师制、班主任“五进”工作创新示范项目、“我当一天辅导员”实践育人项目、家校E家亲、船海先锋党员红色领航工程等五个方面提出相关实践措施,为海洋方向人才教学培养模式的改革提供参考。The ocean is the treasure house in the 21st century.The maritime power strategy has become an important guideline for national development.Compared with the previous single development mode of marine engineering with an emphasis on aquatic products,at present,multi-directional exploitation of marine resources has become a hot spot of social development.The cultivation of marine talents has become the key to maritime power.This paper mainly puts forward relevant practical measures from five aspects of the platform construction,the double-tutor system,the innovation demonstration project of the head teachers'five-step work,the"one-day instructor"practical training project,home-school E-communication,the Party members'red pilot project,etc.,which provide reference for the reform of the teaching and training mode of marine talents.
