摘　　要：合肥市东部新中心城市设计项目旨在对合肥市进行全面战略升级,而基于其核心区内马钢工业遗产庞大的规模以及其特有的历史文化背景,故对此进行了详细的专篇设计,从城市设计角度、产业策划角度、建筑空间角度、生态可持续角度等多方面对工业遗产的再利用进行探讨,旨在解决老工业建筑在城市中的遗留问题,使工业文化可以得到恰当的传承和延续,使遗留的工业遗产可以在城市中,特别是城市核心区中发挥重要的作用。The purpose of the new central city design project in the east of Hefei city is to upgrade the overall strategy of Hefei.Based on the huge scale of the industrial heritage of Magang in the core area of this city.It has the unique historical and cultural background.The project has carried out a detailed special design,from the perspective of urban design,industrial planning,architectural space,ecological sustainability and other aspects of the reuse of industrial heritage.The purpose is to solve the problems left by the old industrial buildings in the city,so that the industrial culture can be properly inherited and continued,and the industrial heritage can play an important role in the city,especially in the urban core area.
