摘  要:钢纤维轻质混凝土具有很好的抗拉强度、抗压强度和抗疲劳强度,研究钢纤维轻质混凝土的抗折强度对于公路、桥梁和机场跑道的建设具有重要的现实意义。试验采用正交试验法,研究钢纤维掺量(0.5%、1.0%和1.5%)、水灰比(0.40、0.45和0.50)和砂率(0.45、0.50和0.55)对粗骨料为浮石的轻质混凝土抗折强度的影响。研究结果发现,当钢纤维掺量为1.5%,控制好水灰比和砂率,轻质混凝土最高的抗折强度为4.07 MPa,是对照组的1.6倍。The steel fiber lightweight concrete has splendid tensile strength,compressive strength and fatigue strength,the study of steel fiber on the lightweight concrete flexural strength of the impact on the construction of roads,bridges and airports’runway has important practical significance.The effects of steel fiber content(0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%),water-cement ratio(0.40,0.45 and 0.50)and sand ratio(0.45,0.50 and 0.55)on the flexural strength of lightweight concrete with pumice aggregate are studied by orthogonal test.The results show that when the content of steel fiber is 1.5%and the water-cement ratio and sand ratio are well controlled,the highest flexural strength of the lightweight concrete is 4.07 MPa,1.6 times that of the control group.
