摘  要:分别以NaOH和KH550偶联剂处理木粉制作木粉/聚乙烯复合材料(WF/PE-WPC),对比研究了两种处理方法对WPC力学性能、热稳定性能和吸水性能的影响。结果表明,碱处理可使复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、拉伸模量和弯曲模量分别提高29.12%、34.74%、32.17%和31.82%,而偶联剂处理相应的分别提高34.26%、28.63%、23.48%和23.23%,碱处理可更加有效地改善复合材料的热稳定性能,起始分解温度和失重峰值温度分别提高了4.7℃和3.5℃。两种处理方法都能较明显降低复合材料的吸水膨胀率和吸水率,但相比较之下,碱处理下降幅度更大。碱处理对复合材料性能改善效果优于偶联剂单独处理。Treating wood flour with NaOH and KH550 respectively,then wood flour/polyethylene composites were prepared,the effects of two treating methods on the mechanical properties,thermal stability and water uptake properties of the composites were comparatively investigated.The results show that,alkali treatment can improve the tensile strength,flexural strength,tensile modulus and flexural modulus of the composite by 29.12%,34.74%,32.17%and 31.82%respectively,while by 34.26%,28.63%,23.48%and 23.23%respectively when using KH550 treatment.Alkali treatment can improve the thermal stability of the composite more obviously than KH550 treatment,the initial decomposition temperature and the peak temperature of the thermal decomposition of the composite were increased by 4.7℃and 3.5℃respectively after the flour was treated with NaOH.Both two treatment methods can decrease both the dimensional expansion and water absorption,but treatment with NaOH can reduce the expansion rate and water absorption rate more.The effects of treating wood flour with NaOH has more positive effects on the properties of wood flour/polyethylene composite than that with coupling agent only.
