摘  要:在酸性催化剂的作用下,使用六甲基二硅氧烷、正硅酸乙酯、甲基乙烯基二甲氧基硅烷,通过调整封端剂用量,在脱水缩合下获得了乙烯基含量不同的MQ硅树脂。将合成的乙烯基MQ树脂作为功能添加剂添加到有机硅离型剂中,充分搅拌后,以格拉辛纸作为基材进行涂布操作,结果表明当添加乙烯基含量为2%的MQ树脂,剥离力提高30%~40%,同时其热固化速度快,热固化效率达到最高,End-Onset为3.28℃,有利于提高涂布效率;当添加乙烯基含量为1%的MQ树脂时,轻微脱硅时间提高45.45%,严重脱硅时间提高53.54%,说明其对离型性能具有明显的调控效果。Under the action of acidic catalyst,MQ silicone resin was synthesized by hydrolysis and condensation of hexamethyldisiloxane,ethyl n-silicate and methyl vinyl dimethoxy silane.Its different vinyl content was adjusted by the amount of capping agent.The formed vinyl MQ resin as functional additives was added into the silicone release agent,after fully stirred,coated on the gration paper substrates.The results indicated that the stripping force increased by 30%~40%when MQ resin with 2%vinyl content was added,and its thermal curing speed and heat curing efficiency reach the top,End-Onset was 3.28℃,and it is conducive to improve the efficiency of coating;When adding MQ resin with a vinyl content of 1%,the time of slight desilication increased by 45.45%and the time of severe desilication increased by 53.54%,shows that it has an obvious effect on the release performance.
