摘  要:应用碱熔法溶解试样,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICPAES)法同时测定铝钙合金球中铝和钙。通过对溶样方法研究和分析参数的优化、元素分析线的选择以及对影响分析结果准确度的因素基体和共存元素的影响等进行校正,应用本法测定国家标准参考物质其结果与标准值一致,加标回收率为98.370%~100.748%,RSD小于1%。方法适用于铸造用铝钙合金球中铝、钙的测定,能够满足铝钙合金球的质量控制及验收。The samples were dissolved by alkali fusion method.The contents of aluminum and calcium in aluminum-calcium alloy balls were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry for simultaneous determination.Correct the research and analysis parameters of the sample dissolution method.Select the elemental analysis line and the influence of the matrix and coexisting elements that affect the accuracy of the analysis results.Apply this method to determine the results and standard values of the national standard reference materials consistent.The recovery rate was 98.370%~100.748%.The RSD was less than 1%.The method is suitable for the determination of aluminum and calcium in aluminum-calcium alloy balls for casting.It can meet the quality control and acceptance of raw material aluminum calcium alloy balls.
