摘  要:在广泛调研现有研究和深入分析介电响应微观机理的基础上,阐明了油纸绝缘复介电常数实部和虚部的物理内涵,将Kramers-Kronig变换引入样品测量数据的处理和分析中,建立基于Kramers-Kronig方程的复介电常数实部-虚部综合分析模型,结合介电响应曲线得到了油纸绝缘在10-3~104 Hz频带内的微观介电过程,并对各介电过程的权重进行比较。结果表明:介电常数虚部曲线由峰状的极化损耗和线性的阻性损耗共同构成,两者的比例与温度有关。研究结果有助于深入理解频域介电谱法的微观机制,提升其在变压器绝缘评估领域的应用价值。On the basis of investigating the existing researches extensively and analyzing the micro-mechanism of dielectric response deeply,the physical meanings of complex permittivity real and imaginary parts for oil-paper insulation were elaborated.The measured data of the samples were processed and analyzed by Kramers-Kronig transformation,and a comprehensive analysis model for complex permittivity real part and imaginary part was built according to Kramers-Kronig function.The micro-dielectric process of the oil-paper insulation at 10-3~104 Hz was obtained by combining the dielectric responding curve,and their weights were compared.The results show that the imaginary part curve of dielectric constant consists of peak polarization loss and linear resistive loss,and their ratio depends on temperature.The research result is helpful to understand the microcosmic mechanism of frequency-domain dielectric spectroscopy and improve its application value in transformer insulation evaluation.
