付油控制装置现场校准方法的研究

摘　　要：该文针对油库销售石油产品过程中用于油品输送和计量的付油控制装置,提出了现场校准的方法。分析了装置在实际工作中的关键计量特性与参数,提出了衡量法和容量比较法两种校准付油结算值误差和预装量控制误差的方式。之后,针对不同种类的计量单元,分别给出使用两种校准方法的数据处理过程。最终通过实验验证了校准方法的可行性,并对整个校准过程进行了测量不确定度分析。This paper describes a kind of local calibration method for oil-dispensing equipment using during trade settlement of petroleum products.Metrological characteristics and parameters are analyzed.Both weighing method and volumetric comparison method and are proposed using for the calibration of settlement flow error and set flow error.Then,data processing of two calibration methods are raised for different flow meters of the equipment.Finally,the feasibility of the method is verified by experiments,and the uncertainty analysis of measurement process is given.
