摘　　要：目的:语言交流障碍高危儿童采用感知训练治疗时联合口部肌肉训练方法,观察感知训练联合口部肌肉训练的效果。方法:选取我院收治的2~5岁语言交流障碍患者148例作为观察对象,观察时间为2018年4月-2020年4月,并且根据患儿使用的训练方法不同,将患儿分成两组,参照组74例采用感知训练,研究组74例在感知训练的基础上联合口部肌肉训练,对比两组治疗效果和口部运动能力。结果:(1)研究组治疗总有效率为97.29%,参照组为79.72%,差异显著(χ^2=15.281,P=0.000)。(2)两组口部运动能力对照中,主要是从舌口部、唇口部、下颌部进行比较,研究组均优于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:语言交流障碍儿童采用感知训练时联合口部肌肉训练效果明显,该种方法值得在临床上使用。Objective To observe the effect of perception training combined with oral muscle training in high-risk children with language communication disorder.Methods Our hospital,2 to 5 years old communication disorders,149 cases as research object,the observation period from April 2018 to April 2020,and according to use different methods to training children,children will be divided into two groups,control group with 74 cases of patients with the awareness training,the team with 74 cases of patients with joint mouth muscles when using awareness training,compared two groups of treatment effect and the mouth movement.Results(1)The effective rate was 97.29%in the study group and 79.72%in the control group,with significant difference(χ^2=15.281,P=0.000).(2)The oral motor ability of the two groups was controlled mainly from the lingual(t=7.932,P=0.001),the labial(t=6.314,P=0.002)and the mandibular(t=6.245,P=0.002),and the study group was superior to the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined oral muscle training is effective in children with language communication disorder.This method is worthy of clinical recommendation.
