俯卧位自然复位法联合空心加压螺钉固定治疗股骨转子下骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨俯卧位自然复位法联合空心加压螺钉固定治疗股骨转子下骨折的效果。方法:以2018年1月-2020年1月我院收治的80例股骨转子下骨折患者为对象,分为对照组与观察组。对比两组治疗疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后髋关节功能评分、肢体活动功能评分升高,肢体疼痛评分降低,观察组升高/降低幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组关节功能恢复时间、股骨转子下骨折愈合时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:俯卧位自然复位法与合用空心加压螺钉固定用于股骨转子下骨折的治疗疗效较好,有助于患者关节功能及肢体功能恢复,且骨折愈合时间较快。Objective To investigate the effect of natural reduction in prone position combined with hollow compression screw fixation for subtrochanteric fractures of the femur.Methods 80 patients with subtrochanteric fractures of femur were divided into control group and observation group.Compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that in the control group 80.00%(32/40),(P<0.05).After treatment,the hip joint function score and limb activity function score increased,and the limb pain score decreased.The increase/decrease of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of joint function in the observation group and the healing time of the subtrochanteric fracture were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The natural reduction method in prone position and the combined use of hollow compression screw fixation for the treatment of subtrochanteric fractures of the femur have a good therapeutic effect,which is helpful for the recovery of joint function and limb function of patients,and the fracture healing time is faster.
