摘　　要：目的:分析儿童早期预警评分(PEWS)在流感病毒性肺炎患儿病情评估中的应用价值。方法:连续收集2018年12月-2019年12月我院儿科收治流感病毒性肺炎患儿124例,分析PEWS评分与流感病毒性肺炎病情严重程度的关系。结果:流感病毒感染合并重症/危重症肺炎患儿的PEWS评分明显高于流感病毒感染合并轻/中症肺炎患儿,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.464,P<0.001)。PEWS评分风险等级构成为:高风险患儿所占比例最高,其次为低风险和潜在风险,极低风险患儿最少;流感病毒感染合并轻/中症肺炎患儿中,极低风险患儿所占比例最多,其次低风险和潜在风险,高风险最少;两组患儿的PEWS评分的风险等级构之间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.308,P=0.001)。结论:PEWS评分系统可以较好的评估流感病毒性肺炎患儿病情的病情严重程度。Objective To explore the effectiveness and application value of pediatric early warning score in the assessment of influenza virus pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 124 children with influenza virus pneumonia admitted to the our Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were collected as the research object,analyzed the relationship between PEWS score and the severity of influenza virus pneumonia.Results The PEWS score of the children with influenza virus infection and severe/critical illness was significantly higher than that of the children with influenza virus infection and common pneumonia(t=5.464,P<0.001).The risk level of PEWS score was as follows:the proportion of high-risk children was the highest,followed by low-risk and potential risk children,and the proportion of very low-risk children was the highest,followed by low-risk and potential risk children,and the risk level of high-risk children was the lowest;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2=16.308,P=0.001).Conclusion PEWS scoring system can better evaluate the severity of influenza virus pneumonia in children.
