摘　　要：目的:分析和研究丹参注射液对糖尿病肾病早期肾损害的保护作用。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年7月于我院接受治疗的80例早期糖尿病肾病患者,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采取常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组的基础上使用丹参注射液治疗。经过治疗后对比两组临床疗效及肾功能指标。结果:观察组和对照组的治疗有效率分别为90.00%和75.00%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组血清肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、胱抑素c和尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐比值(ACR)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参注射液能够有效改善早期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能,减轻肾损害。Objective To analyze and study the protective effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on early renal damage of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 80 patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with Danshen Injection on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and renal function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 90.00%and 75.00%,respectively.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum creatinine(SCR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),Cystatin C and urinary microalbumin/urinary creatinine ratio(ACR)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can effectively improve the renal function and reduce the renal damage in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.
