摘 要:为促进太赫兹主动探测技术在云目标探测的应用,基于太赫兹测云雷达系统的特点,对云回波仿真数据进行了谱矩估计方法的研究,提出了一种基于频域处理的自相关谱矩估计方法,以提高云回波的速度及速度谱宽估计的精度。仿真结果表明:与基于功率谱密度函数的传统谱处理方法相比,本方法估计得到的速度和速度谱宽,随信噪比变化趋势与其大致相同;在信噪比为(-5^+5)dB的情况下,估计结果更加准确。To promote the application of terahertz active detection technology in cloud target, based on the characteristics of terahertz cloud radar system, the velocity and velocity spectral width estimation of cloud echo simulation data are studied. An self-correlation spectral moment estimation method based on frequency domain processing is proposed to improve the estimation accuracy of velocity and velocity spectral width of cloud echo. The simulation results show that the trends of the velocity and velocity spectrum width obtained by this method are roughly same with the change of the signal-to-noise ratio, compared with the traditional spectral moment estimation method based on power spectral density. And when the signal-to-noise ratio is between-5 dB and +5 dB, the velocity and velocity spectrum width estimation result is more accurate by this method.
