摘  要:以晋煤集团晟泰青洼煤业首次采用窄煤柱进行综放沿空掘巷技术为研究背景,选取2203综放工作面为试验区域,采取理论分析、数值模拟及工程实践相结合的方法,通过煤柱自稳能力及极限承载强度的计算得出煤柱范围值,运用数值模拟分析了沿空巷道围岩应力分布及变形的规律,确定了5 m的窄煤柱宽度。现场监测结果表明:经过合理支护后的沿空巷道顶板变形量为112~125 mm,实体煤侧移进量109 mm,窄煤柱侧移进量122 mm,沿空巷道围岩控制效果较好,能够满足生产要求。The research background is Shengtai Qingwa Coal Industry of Jinmei Group,which adopts narrow coal pillar for the first time to carry out goaf roadway excavation technology.The 2203 fully mechanized caving face was selected as the test area,by combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering practice,the range value of coal pillar can be calculated by means of self-stabilizing capacity and ultimate bearing strength of coal pillar,numerical software was used to analyze the stress distribution and deformation of surrounding rocks along the goaf roadway,and the width of the narrow pillar was determined to be5 m;field monitoring results show that:after the support,the roof deformation along the goaf roadway is 112-125 mm,the side movement of the solid coal is 109 mm,and the side movement of the narrow pillar is 122 mm,the control effect of surrounding rock along the roadway is good and can meet the production requirements.
