摘　　要：介绍了斜井人车的发展、组成及工作原理,阐述了煤矿井下斜井人车的安全技术现状和安全要求,分析了斜井人车标准、设计、生产、使用、维护管理等方面存在的问题,结合煤矿井下作业环境的特殊要求,提出了斜井人车相关安全对策措施及建议,推动了煤矿新型辅助运输设备的发展,进而改善煤矿井下辅助运输的安全现状。The paper introduced the development,structure and working mechanism of inclined-shaft man car,illustrated the safety technology status and requirements for underground mining inclined-shaft man car,and analyzed problems existing in aspects such as its industrial standards,designing,production,usage,maintenance and management.Considering the specific requirements of working underground in coal mines,countermeasures and suggestions for inclined-shaft man cars were raised to boost development of new coal mine auxiliary transportation equipment and devices,so as to improve the safety conditions of coal mine underground auxiliary transportation.
