摘　　要：目的探讨经口内入路使用下颌角弧形截骨导向器在内收型下颌角截骨整形术中的疗效及安全性。方法自2015年8月至2017年8月,对21例内收型下颌角肥大患者实施导向器辅助弧形截骨。结果术后随访6个月至2年,除2例自觉改善不明显外,其余患者对下面部轮廓改善均满意。所有患者无术后感染、面动脉断裂、下颌骨骨折和下牙槽神经损伤等合并症发生。结论下颌角弧形截骨导向器可更安全有效地控制截骨线,降低严重手术合并症的发生率,提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of the mandibular angle arc osteotomy guider in osteotomy of the introversion mandible via the intraoral approach.Methods From August 2015 to August 2017,21 patients with prominent introversion mandible angle underwent arc osteotomy by guider.Results During follow-up from 6 months to 2 years,there were 2 patients without obvious improvements.Other patients were satisfied with the improvement of the lower facial contour.No complications occurred,including postoperative infection,facial artery rupture,mandible fracture,and inferior alveolar nerve injure.Conclusion A mandibular angle arc osteotomy guider can control osteotomy lines safely and effectively,reduce the incidence of severe surgical complications and increase patients satisfaction.
