摘　　要：对广东省科技奖励制度改革现状及实施效果进行归纳分析,认为广东省目前的奖种设置与国家科学技术奖衔接顺畅,提名制既拓宽了申报渠道、丰富了优秀项目成果来源;同时,广东省率先取消省级科技奖励三等奖,有助于推动科技奖励减量增质。结合对国内外科技奖励制度差异的分析和思考,提出培育多元化科技奖励设奖主体、引导科技奖励差异化发展、逐步淡化奖励派生效应、注重对个人的奖励、明确奖励项目侧重点、遵循物质奖励和精神奖励并重原则的对策。The present situation and implementation effect of the reform of the science and technology award system in Guangdong province are summarized and analyzed.This paper concludes that the current award setting in Guangdong province achieves a smooth connection with the national science and technology award,and that the nomination system not only broadens the reporting channels,but also enriches the sources of outstanding project achievements.At the same time,Guangdong province also takes the lead in eliminating the third prize of the provincial science and technology award,which helps promote the reduction of the quality of science and technology awards.Combined with the analysis and thinking of the differences between the domestic and foreign science and technology reward system,the paper puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating the subject of diversifi ed science and technology award,guiding the differentiated development of science and technology reward,gradually diluting the effectiveness of the reward faction,focusing on the individual reward,determining the emphasis of the reward,following the principle of material reward and spiritual reward.
