摘 要:目的:通过标准化分级体系对临床患者骨质疏松程度与腰椎小关节退变程度进行相关性分析,探究骨质疏松与腰椎小关节退变的相关性。方法:根据纳入标准收集2019年1月-2019年12月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院病例共117例,对其进行骨密度检查和腰椎CT检查。测量所有病例的骨密度,并根据中国老年骨质疏松诊疗指南(2018版)对其骨质疏松程度进行标准化分级。采用Pathria提出的CT分级标准对患者腰椎小关节退变程度进行标准化分级。运用Kendall相关系数对两者进行统计学上的相关性分析,进而探讨骨质疏松与腰椎小关节退变的相关性。结果:骨密度分级与腰椎小关节退变分级存在正相关关系(R=0.449,P<0.001),骨质疏松程度与腰椎小关节退变程度成正相关性。结论:骨质疏松与腰椎小关节退变存在正相关关系。Objective:To explore the correlation between osteoporosis and lumbar facet joint degeneration through standardized grading system.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,a total of 117 cases from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital were collected and examined by bone mineral density(BMD)and lumbar CT.BMD of all cases was measured,and the degree of osteoporosis was standardized according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoporosis in the elderly(2018 Edition).The degree of lumbar facet joint degeneration was standardized according to the CT grading standard proposed by Pathria.Kendall correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between osteoporosis and lumbar facet joint degeneration.Results:There was a positive correlation between the grade of BMD and the grade of lumbar facet joint degeneration(r=0.449,P<0.001).Conclusion:There is a positive correlation between osteoporosis and lumbar facet joint degeneration.
