标准化无创正压通气技术应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者护理研究

摘　　要：目的:探究标准化无创正压通气技术应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者护理的临床效果。方法:本次研究对象为80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者,研究时间为2017年1月到2019年12月,按照随机数字分为对照组和试验组,每组40例,对照组予以常规模式,试验组予以规范护理干预模式,评估两组慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者的氧分压、二氧化碳分压等血气分析指标,观察两组的并发症发生状况和呼吸分析指标。结果:试验组慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者的各项血气分析指标以及呼吸分析指标与对照组相比有统计学意义;与对照组相比,试验组的并发症发生率为32.50%更少,P<0.05,差异具有明显意义。结论:对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴呼吸衰竭患者来说,应用标准化无创正压通气技术并且实施相应的护理措施,能够更好的挽救生命。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of standardized non-invasive positive pressure ventilation technology on the nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure were selected from January 2017 to December 2019.They are equally divided into a control group and an experimental group according to random number table.The control group were nursed conventionally.The experimental group was given a standard nursing intervention.The oxygen partial pressure,carbon dioxide partial pressure and other blood gas indicators of the two groups as well as the complications and respiratory analysis indicators were observed and compared.Results:The blood gas analysis indexes and respiratory analysis indexes of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group;compared with the control group,the complication incidence of the experimental group was 32.50%higher.The difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Standardized non-invasive positive pressure ventilation technology and corresponding nursing measures has a better effect on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure.
