儿童无痛内镜下行上消化道异物取出术的配合与护理

摘　　要：目的:进行儿童无痛内镜下上消化道异物取出术的配合与护理分析。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月期间我院收治的无痛内镜上消化道异物取出术的儿童92例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组46例。对照组接受常规手术及配合,研究组接受手术及配合以及优质护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果:异物取出成功率两组无显著差异(P>0.05);中转外科手术率研究组低于对照组(P<0.05;)术后并发症率研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:儿童无痛内镜下行上消化道异物取出术的配合与护理,能保证手术成功以及良好预后,推荐应用。Objective:To analyze the cooperation and nursing of children’s painless endoscopic removal of upper gastrointestinal foreign body.Methods:Children gastrointestinal foreign body removal surgery on inclusion in our hospital painless endoscopic January 2019 to January 2020 during the study,a total of 92 cases,and the random method was divided into a control group and a research group.The control group received routine surgery and cooperation.The group received surgery,cooperation and nursing intervention,and compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the foreign body extraction success rate between the two groups(P>0.05);the transfer surgery rate was lower in the study group than the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative complication rate in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cooperation and care of the removal of foreign bodies in the upper gastrointestinal tract under painless endoscopy for children can ensure the success of the operation and a good prognosis.It is recommended.
