音频转换音乐疗法对脑卒中共病高血压患者情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的观察经过音频处理的音乐疗法对中老年脑卒中共病高血压患者情绪的影响。方法选取某康复医院就诊的脑卒中共病高血压患者120人,随机分为对照组、实验组1、实验组2各40人,对照组给予常规康复与护理,实验组1和实验组2均在对照组的基础上给予常规音乐和经过音频处理的音乐疗法,分别于干预前、干预4周后、干预8周后进行医院焦虑抑郁量表(Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,HADS)评测。结果HADS评分的重复测量方差分析显示,时间效应、干预效应和时间干预交互效应均有统计学意义(F时间=651.936,P时间=0.000;F组间=16.134,P组间=0.000;F交互=94.062,P交互=0.000)。结论音频转换音乐疗法可显著改善脑卒中共病高血压患者的情绪障碍情况。Objective To observe the effects of audio-processed music therapy on mood in middle-aged and elderly patients with stroke comorbidities and hypertension.Methods A total of 120 patients with stroke comorbidities and hypertension who visited a rehabilitation hospital were randomLy divided into control group,experimental group 1 and experimental group 2,40 each.The control group was given routine rehabilitation and nursing.Experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were given routine music and music therapy after audio processing on the basis of the control group.The hospital anxiety and depression scale(Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,HADS)were evaluated before;after 4weeks and after 8 weeks'the intervention respectively.Results Analysis of variance of repeated measures of HADS score showed that time effect,intervention effect and interaction effect of time intervention were statistically significant(F time=651.936,P time=0.000).F between groups=16.134,P between groups=0.000.F interaction=94.062,P interaction=0.000.Conclusion Audio conversion music therapy can significantly improve the mood of patients with stroke comorbidities and hypertension.
