综合医院普通病区应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的防控策略

摘　　要：目的探讨综合医院普通病区应对新冠肺炎的防控措施。方法通过规范工作制度流程、专项质量控制考核、门诊病区双筛查、各类人员管理及培训、环境物品消毒措施的落实,有效避免院内交叉感染发生。结果选取全院普通病区累计入院患者4249例,陪护家属3443例,工作人员3056例,共筛查出发热患者193例,发热陪护家属73例,发热员工87例,无确诊新冠肺炎病例,未发生院内交叉感染。结论综合医院是本地区抗击疫情的主战场,由于新冠肺炎临床表现的特殊性及其未知性,普通病区防控措施的制定落实,有效减少了院内人流量,避免院内感染发生,助力总结疫情防控经验。Objective To explore novel coronavirus disease prevention and control measures in general hospital.Methods By standardizing the work system,special quality control examination,double screening in outpatient ward,management and training of all kinds of personnel,and implementation of disinfection measures for environmental goods,cross infection in hospital was effectively avoided.Results Novel coronavirus pneumonia was admitted to 4249 patients in the general ward of-3,and 3443 patients were accompanied by 3056 patients.The total number of fever patients was 193,the 73 of the fever accompanying family members,87 of the fever workers,no case of newly diagnosed crown pneumonia,and no cross infection in hospital.Conclusion Coronavirus disease is the main battlefield of the local epidemic situation.Due to the specificity and unknown nature of the clinical manifestations of coronavirus disease,the prevention and control measures in hair coloring area have been effectively implemented to reduce the hospital discharge and avoid the occurrence of nosocomial infection,so as to help to summarize the experience of epidemic prevention and control.
