摘　　要：EPC(设计-采购-施工)是国际工程项目较为流行的一种管理模式,较传统设计、招标、施工的项目而言,能够实现设计、采购、施工的一体化管理,为项目增值。EPC项目管理的核心是设计管理,为了丰富海外EPC港口项目设计管理理论,文章从施工型企业管理EPC项目的角度出发,就设计、采购、施工间的接口进行论述,可为海外EPC项目设计管理提供借鉴。The EPC(Engineering-Procurement-Construction)mode is a very popular management mode for international engineering projects.Compared with traditional DBB(Design-Bid-Build)project,EPC can realize the integration of design,procurement and construction management and increase project value.The core of EPC project management is design management.In order to enrich the design management theory of overseas EPC port project,the interfaces among engineering,procurement and construction from the prospective of EPC project management of construction enterprises were discussed,which can provide a good reference for design management of overseas EPC projects.
