基于组合分析法的某绿色矿区环境评价体系研究

摘　　要：目前关于绿色矿区的环境评价的客观性仍待完善,以某绿色矿区为例,通过组合分析法建立评价模型,将矿区环境分为严重、较严重、一般影响区域,根据分区结果对各个区域进行针对性治理。研究表明:①九个评价指标分别为土地开发比例、开发对环境造成的粉尘污染、开发后环境治理恢复、矿种、开采矿区的方式、开采矿区的强度、开采矿区的状态、泥石流、崩塌;②环境严重区占地面积为6500公顷,较严重区占地面积为23500公顷,一般区占地面积为131200公顷;③针对环境严重影响区域提出将原来的粗放型的开采方式向科技型的开采方式进行转换、增加矿区环境修复力度、利用信息化技术建立研究矿区的安全管理体系、提前预防地质灾害。针对环境较严重区域提出完善矿区开采和环境保护的相关法律法规、加强矿区管理、建立健全的矿区安全生产标准和管理体系。针对一般区域提出加强周边民众和矿区内的从业人员的环境保护意识。At present,the environmental assessment of green mining areas lacks objectivity,taking a green mining area as an example,an evaluation model is established through a combined analysis method to divide the mining area environment into serious,more serious,and generally affected areas,and each area is targeted for governance based on the results of the zoning.The research shows that:①The nine evaluation indicators are land development ratio,dust pollution caused by development to the environment,environmental restoration and recovery after development,minerals,methods of mining area,intensity of mining area,status of mining area,debris flow,collapse.②The area with severe environment covers 6500 hectares,the area with more severe areas covers 23500 hectares,the general area covers 131200 hectares.③Propose to convert the original extensive mining method to the scientific and technological mining method for the area with serious environmental impact,increase the environmental restoration intensity of the mining area,use information technology to establish a safety management system to study the mining area,and prevent geological disasters in advance.Aiming at areas with more severe environment,relevant laws and regulations for mining and environmental protection in mining areas will be improved,management of mining areas will be strengthened,and safe production standards and management systems for mining areas will be established.For the general area,it is proposed to strengthen the environmental protection awareness of the surrounding people and the employees in the mining area.
