摘　　要：综述了欧盟和美国化妆品法规的最新进展及相关草案,包括CMR物质的最新管控措施,二氧化钛、水杨酸、吡硫鎓锌等物质的最新进展和法规管控措施,美国各州动物实验最新禁令,纽约州升级化妆品及个人护理产品的二噁烷管控措施,TPCH拟调整内容以及欧盟和美国化妆品召回案例统计分析。同时结合中国化妆品法规现状,对企业应该重点关注的法规问题提出建议。The latest updated cosmetics regulations and related draft regulations of EU and US were reviewed,including the latest control measures for CMR substances,and the latest research progress and regulatory control measures for substances such as titanium dioxide,salicylic acid and zinc pyrithione.The latest ban on animal experiments in American states was also introduced.The control measures of dioxane for cosmetics and personal care products in New York State were introduced.The TPCH update was introduced.The recall cases of cosmetic products in EU and US were also reviewed.Taking consideration of the current situation of China’s cosmetics regulations,some suggestions were provided to the manufacturers.
