摘　　要：通过对乙氧基化装置疏水阀性能的要求及分类与疏水特性的分析,针对蒸汽疏水阀的常见故障及原因,比较了杠杆式浮球疏水阀和倒吊桶式疏水阀的优缺点,总结了乙氧基化装置换热器疏水阀的选用,结果表明这次疏水阀的选型改造是成功的。Through the analysis of the performance requirements,classification and drainage characteristics of the steam trap in the ethoxylation unit,the advantages and disadvantages of the lever-type float-ball drain valve and the inverted-bucket-type steam trap were compared according to the common faults and causes.The selection of the drain valve for the heat exchanger of the ethoxylation unit was summarized.The results showed that the selection and transformation of the steam trap was successful.
