摘 要:目的观察丁酸钠对1型糖尿病模型小鼠血糖、血清胰岛素水平和肠道菌群的影响。方法将30只昆明种小鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病模型组、糖尿病模型+丁酸钠组,每组10只小鼠。采用一次性腹腔注射200mg/(kg•BW)链脲佐菌素制作小鼠糖尿病模型。糖尿病模型+丁酸钠组小鼠日粮中添加3%丁酸钠,正常对照组和糖尿病模型组小鼠饲喂正常日粮。7周后采血检测血糖和胰岛素水平,采集盲肠内容物分析肠道菌群组成。结果与模型组比较,丁酸钠能降低血糖浓度(P<0.01),提高血清胰岛素水平(P<0.01),增加盲肠中乳酸菌(P<0.05)、双歧杆菌数量(P<0.05),降低盲肠中肠杆菌(P<0.01)、产气荚膜梭菌数量(P<0.05),对盲肠中肠球菌有降低趋势(P>0.05)。结论丁酸钠对链脲佐菌素导致的1型糖尿病模型小鼠有一定的治疗作用,其作用机制可能与影响肠道菌群组成有关。Objective To observe the effect of sodium butyrate on blood glucose,serum insulin level and intestinal flora in type l diabetic mice.Methods 30 Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group,diabetic model group,diabetic model+sodium butyrate group,with 10 mice in each group.A single intraperitoneal injection of 200mg/(kg•BW)streptozotocin was used to make type l a diabetic model of mice.3%sodium butyrate was added to the diet of mice in diabetic model+sodium butyrate group,and normal diet was fed to mice in normal control group and diabetic model group.Blood glucose and insulin levels were measured 7 weeks later,and cecal contents were collected to analyze the composition of intestinal flora.Results Compared with the model group,sodium butyrate could reduce the blood glucose concentration(P<0.01),increase the serum insulin level(P<0.01),increase the numbers of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium(P<0.05),and decrease the numbers of Enterobacter cecum and Clostridium perfringens(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Sodium butyrate has a certain therapeutic effect on streptozotocin-induced type l diabetes,and its mechanism may be related to affecting the composition of intestinal flora.
