摘 要:采用静电纺丝技术制备了PVP/[(C2H5O)4Si+Gd(NO3)3+Eu(NO3)3]复合纳米纤维,将其进行热处理,获得了Gd2O3∶Eu^3+/SiO2纳米纤维。采用XRD、FTIR、SEM、TEM、荧光光谱等技术对获得的样品进行了测试和表征,研究了烧结温度对发射光谱的影响。结果表明,800℃烧结即可获得直径均匀,结构致密的Gd2O3∶Eu3+/SiO2纳米纤维,所得纤维以无定形SiO2为基质,其中Gd2O3呈体心立方晶系。纤维平均直径约为174 nm,长度大于300μm。荧光光谱分析表明,在393 nm紫外光激发下,Gd2O3∶Eu^3+/SiO2纳米纤维在613 nm处发射出Eu^3+离子的强迫电偶极跃迁产生的红光特征发射谱带。红光发射强度随着烧结温度的升高先是逐渐增强,之后逐渐减弱,其中经过800℃处理得到的纳米纤维红光发射最强。Gd2O3∶Eu^3+/SiO2 nanofibers were prepared through heat treatment of PVP/[(C2H5O)4Si+Gd(NO3)3+Eu(NO3)3] composite nanofibers prepared via electrospinning. The morphology of the final products were investigated in detail by XRD, FTIR, SEM, TEM. Results showed that Gd2O3∶Eu^3+/SiO2 nanofibers with uniform diameter and compact structure were obtained when sintered at 800℃. The Gd2O3 exhibitd a typical body-centered cubic(bcc) structure with space group Ia3. The mean diameter of Gd2O3∶Eu^3+/SiO2 nanofibers was 174 nm, and the length of the nanofibers with uniform diameter and morphology of homogeneous was longer than 300 μm. The influences of calcining temperature on the luminescent properties were studied systematically. The result indicated that under the excitation of 393 nm in wavelength of ultraviolet ray, the Gd2O3∶Eu3+/SiO2 luminescent nanofibers emitted bright red light of 613 nm in wavelength of Eu^3+ ion characteristic emission, which was due to the forced electric dipole transition. With the increase of calcining temperature, the intensity of the red light emission increased at first, and then weakend. The red luminous intensity of the sample calcining at 800 ℃ was the strongest.
