摘 要:通过溶胶-凝胶一步法制备了晶粒尺寸在10μm以下的致密的Ba(Ti0.86Zr0.14)O3基Y5V型陶瓷,系统研究了溶胶的pH值对粉体的粒径、陶瓷的烧结及介电性能的影响规律。结果表明,溶剂的pH值对粉体的形成、粒度分布和团聚产生影响,进而影响到陶瓷的性能。pH=2.5时制备的陶瓷的最大介电常数达到21200。在溶胶-凝胶一步法中,所有的反应都发生在原子尺度上,最终得到结晶程度高、化学计量组成均匀的纳米颗粒,为制备高纯超细的钛酸钡基Y5V陶瓷开辟了新的途径。In this paper,density Ba(Ti0.86Zr0.14)O3-based Y5V ceramics with an average diameter below 10μm were prepared via a sol-gel one-step route.The effect of pH value on the sintering and dielectric properties of Ba(Ti0.86Zr0.14)O3-based Y5V powders and ceramics were systematically studied.In this process,pH value of the solvent had a great effect on the colloid formation,grain size distribution and degree of aggregates.Furthermore,the properties of ceramics were affected.And a high dielectric constant of 21200 was obtained at pH of 2.5.In the synthesis route of sol-gel one-step,all reactions occurring on the atomic scale lead to a final nanoparticle with high degree of crystallization,stoichiometric composition and homogeneity.
