摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎全球蔓延,其发病隐袭,传染性强,重症患者病死率高,且无特效药物,对全球公共卫生构成巨大威胁。为此,中国迅速建立了一系列预防控制和医疗救治措施,并获得了抗击疫情的阶段性胜利,而快速精准的实验室检测在此过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。本共识由广东省内病毒学、临床检验、临床医学、预防医学等专业领域的专家总结国内外新型冠状病毒实验室检测技术研究现状,结合广东省一线防治及检测经验修改而成,适用于一线实验室检验人员及临床医师。The COVID-19 with the characteristics of insidious disease,high infectivity,no specific medicine,has spread widely and posed a huge threat to global public health.Therefore,a series of preventive control and medical treatment measures have been taken quickly in China,which effectively controlled the epidemic domestically to a certain extent.In the process of epidemic prevention and control,rapid and accurate laboratory testing of pathogenic viruses plays a crucial role in the etiological diagnosis of COVID-19,saving people′s lives and preventing epidemics.This consensus was revised by experts in the fields of virology,clinical laboratory,clinical medicine,preventive medicine and other professional fields in Guangdong Province,summarized the research progress and experience of novel coronavirus laboratory testing technologies at locally and abroad,combined with the front-line prevention and testing experience in Guangdong Province,and is suitable for front-line laboratories Inspectors and clinicians.
