摘 要:主要介绍了生活垃圾焚烧电厂渗滤液来源及渗滤液的水质特点,以及目前国内外常用的渗滤液处理工艺,由于垃圾焚烧电厂厂址距离城市生活污水处理厂较远且地形高差较大,并结合技术经济条件,确定厂内渗滤液处理站采用“除渣预处理+调节池+UASB厌氧+二级A/O+超滤”的渗滤液优化组合处理工艺,该工艺技术成熟稳定、污染物去除效率高,出水水质污染物浓度可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)三级标准的要求,排入附近的工业污水处理厂进行处理。This paper introduces the source and water quality characteristics of leachate from domestic waste incineration power plant and the commonly used leachate treatment process at present.Because the site of waster incineration power plant is far away from municipal wastewater treatment plant and the topographic height difference is large as well as the technical and economic conditions,the combined treatment process of“slag removal pretreatment+regulating tank+UASB Anaerobic reactor+two-level A/O+ultrafiltration”is adopted for leachate treatment station in the plant.This treatment process is a mature and stable technology and has high pollutant removal efficiency.The treated water quality meets the requirements of gradeⅢof“Integrated wastewater discharge standard”(GB 8978-1996),and is discharged into the nearby industrial sewage treatment plant.
