摘　　要：尿素装置汽提塔出口液位控制对装置的稳定运行起着至关重要的作用,针对荷兰斯塔米卡邦(Stamicarbon)公司CO2汽提法工艺成套供货的高压调节阀在使用过程中,阀杆填料处出现介质泄漏,紧固后问题依然存在,也无法在线添加填料的问题,通过改进该阀填料,解决了填料处的介质泄漏问题,确保了仪表设备的正常运行。Level control at the outlet of Stripper in the urea plant is of great importance to the stable operation of the plant.The high pressure regulation valve provided by Dutch Stamicarbon in its packaged equipment of CO2 stripping technology faces the problem of medium leakage at the valve stem packing point and this problem lingers after fastening,preventing online packing addition.Improvement of the valve packing is made,which solves the problem of medium leakage at the packing point,and ensures normal operation of the instrument.
