摘　　要：2型糖尿病(T2DM)可增加心血管事件的发生风险。钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白-2(SGLT-2)抑制剂是一种新型降糖药物,本文就SGLT-2抑制剂对T2DM患者的心脏保护作用及其药物安全性的相关研究作一综述,旨在为T2DM合并心脏疾病患者的治疗提供新思路。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)can increase the risk of cardiovascular events.Sodium-glucose linked transporters-2(SGLT-2)inhibitor is a new type hypoglycemic drug.The present article makes a review on related researches about cardioprotective effects of SGLT-2 inhibitors and its drug safety in T2DM patients,aiming at providing new thinking for the treatment of patients with T2DM complicated heart disease.
