摘  要:目的分析广州口岸出境的中国人的百日咳感染情况。方法2019年1月至12月在广州口岸出境的中国国籍人群中调查既往病史、疫苗接种情况及血清百日咳毒素特异性IgG抗体(PT-IgG)阳性情况并估算感染率。结果772人全部无报告既往百日咳的诊疗病史或典型症状历史,124人有百日咳疫苗接种历史记录。PT-IgG的总体阳性率(抗体滴度>40 IU/mL)为3.11%,估算感染率为3800/10万人。阳性率最高前三位的依次在3~7岁年龄段,60~69岁和70~79岁年龄段,明显高于其他年龄段的阳性率(P<0.05)。结论合理应用血清学检测手段进行监测可能更适合出入境人群。Objective To understand the epidemiology of pertussis among Chinese international travelers departing from Guangzhou port.Methods Travelers were asked about their medical history of pertussis and related vaccination records and to have their serum level of IgG antibody against pertussis toxin(PT-IgG)measured.Results All 772 persons neither reported medical history of pertussis,nor ever suffered classic symptoms.Only 124 persons held certification of pertussis vaccine.Totally 24(3.11%)were found to have PT-IgG higher than 40 IU/mL.The estimated incidence rate of recent infection was 3800 per 100000.The highest proportion of PT-IgG higher than 40 IU/mL was in person aging between 3 to 7 years old,followed by groupsf aging 6 o to 70 years old and thosef aging 70 to 79 years old,and all these three groups were significantly higher than that in other age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion proper serum epidemiology investigation may be suitable for pertussis surveillance among international travelers.
