扬州口岸出入境人员腹部超声检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过对扬州国际旅行卫生保健中心的出入境人员进行超声检查,了解其健康状况及一些非传染性疾病的分布特点,以便更加有效地给予应对措施。方法采用GEP9型超声诊断仪,分析2018年在扬州国际旅行卫生保健中心出入境的6 446名体检者的超声检查报告,检查部位为肝胆胰脾肾。结果经调查出入境人员中980例有阳性体征,有15.20%的阳性体征检出率;检查所得有27种疾病,有361例脂肪肝,165例胆囊结石,106例胆囊息肉,73例肝囊肿,55例肾结石,8例肝血管瘤,2例肝硬化,1例肝癌患者等。结论超声检查简便、无创,对疾病早期发现有重要作用,通过此次流行病学调查,可以帮助这些出入境人员了解自己的健康状况,从而对这些疾病能早发现、早治疗,保障出入境人员的健康。Objective To understand the health status and distribution characteristics of some non infectious diseases of entry-exit personnel in Yangzhou International Travel and Health Care Center through ultrasonic examination,so as to give more effective countermeasures.Methods Using GEP9 type ultrasonic diagnostic instrument,the ultrasonic examination reports of 6 446 physical examiners entry-exit in Yangzhou International Travel and Health Care Center in 2018 were analyzed.Results 980 entry-exit persons had positive signs,15.20% of them had positive signs.There were 27 kinds of diseases,468 fatty liver,165 gallstone,106 gallbladder polyp,73 liver cyst,55 kidney stone,8 hemangioma,2 cirrhosis and 1 liver cancer.Conclusion Ultrasound examination is simple and noninvasive,which plays an important role in the early detection of diseases.Through this epidemiological survey,we can help these entry-exit personnel to understand their health status,so that they can find and treat these diseases early,and the health of entry-exit personnel can be ensured.
