摘  要:本研究旨在探讨AM真菌在玉米生产中的利用潜力及相关效应机制。选取‘郑单958’和‘5999’为试验材料,播种时以拌种的方式接种Glomus mosseae,采用常规方法于玉米完熟期测定籽粒中氮磷含量、产量、百粒重、穗长、穗粗、穗行数及行粒数,并用皮尔逊相关系数对测定指标进行相关性分析‘。郑单958’接种G. mosseae后,产量是相应对照的1.10倍,G. mosseae对‘5999’产量却表现出负效应。同时,无论接种与否,‘郑单958’的百粒重均显著高于‘5999’,且接种G. mosseae可显著提高2种玉米籽粒中的磷含量。‘郑单958’的百粒重与籽粒中磷含量呈正相关,接种G. mosseae后两者的相关系数由0.6267增至0.9480。而‘5999’的百粒重与籽粒中磷含量则呈负相关,与籽粒中氮含量呈正相关,G. mosseae对籽粒中氮含量无显著促进作用。田间条件下,采用拌种方式接种G. mosseae,可在一定程度上使‘郑单958’增产,这与接种G. mosseae后该玉米品种百粒重与籽粒中磷含量的相关系数增大有关。The aim is to discuss the utilization potentiality of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in maize production,and the relative effect mechanism.’Zhengdan 958’and’5999’were used as field experimental materials, and Glomus mosseae was inoculated by mixing with seeds at sowing stage. The concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus in grains, yield, 100-kernel weight, ear length, ear diameter, row number per ear and kernel number per row were measured by traditional methods at the physiological maturity stage of maize. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlation between the indexes. The yield of’Zhengdan 958’inoculated with G. mosseae was 1.10 times that of the corresponding control, but the G. mosseae had negative effect on yield of’5999’. Meanwhile, 100-kernel weight of’Zhengdan 958’was significantly higher than that of’5999’regardless of inoculation or not, and the phosphorus concentration in grains of the two maize varieties was significantly increased by G. mosseae. For’Zhengdan 958’, 100-kernel weight was positively correlated with phosphorus concentration in grains, and the correlation coefficient between them increased from 0.6267 to 0.9480 after inoculation with G. mosseae. However, 100-kernel weight of’5999’was negatively correlated with the phosphorus concentration in grains, and positively correlated with the nitrogen concentration in grains, and the improvement by G. mosseae on the nitrogen concentration in grains was not significant. Under field conditions, the yield of’Zhengdan 958’could be enhanced to some extent by inoculating with G. mosseae, which is attributed to the correlation coefficient increase between 100-kernel weight and phosphorus concentration in grains of maize.
