摘  要:先通过两步法熔融缩聚制得聚2,5-呋喃二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEF),然后通过原位共混的方法加入氢化石油树脂(W140),制得一系列PEF/W140共混物。通过红外光谱和核磁氢谱对PEF及PEF/W140共混物的结构进行表征,并进一步研究了热学性能、力学性能、样品形貌和加工流动性。结果表明,W140改性后的PEF依然保持较高的玻璃化转变温度和优异的耐热性能,随W140含量的增加,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率有所增加,加工流动性明显改善,结晶速率降低。First,the poly(ethylene 2,5-furanoate)(PEF)was synthesized by melt polycondensation using two-step method,and then a series of PEF/W140 blends were prepared by adding hydrogenated petroleum resin(W140)using in-situ blending method.The structures of PEF and PEF/W140 blends were characterized by using infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum.The thermal performance,mechanical performance,morphology and processing fluidity of the samples were further investigated.The results show that the PEF after modified with W140 still maintains higher glass transition temperature and excellent heat resistance performance.With increasing of W140 content,the tensile strength and elongation at break increase,and the processing fluidity improves obviously,but the crystallization rate decreases.
