摘  要:用回归分析方法研究了FEF(快压出炉黑)炭黑和DCP(过氧化二异丙苯)硫化剂用量对NBR(丁腈橡胶)/AEM(乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物)并用胶料性能的影响。结果表明:在试验范围内,随FEF用量增加,胶料的最小扭矩(ML)和最大扭矩(MH)均增大,焦烧时间(t(s1))延长,正硫化时间(t(90))呈先缩短后延长的趋势,硫化胶的硬度增加,拉断伸长率降低,拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增大后减小,在标准油ASTM 1^#、ASTM 3^#中的耐油性提高;在试验范围内不断增加DCP的用量,胶料的ML变化不明显,而MH显著增加,t(s1)和t(90)均缩短,硫化胶硬度增加,拉断伸长率和撕裂强度降低,拉伸强度先增大后减小,在标准油ASTM 1^#、ASTM 3^#中的耐油性提高;通过对比胶料各项性能的等高线可得到FEF与DCP用量对胶料性能影响的变化规律,这对预测和评价胶料的各项性能与配合剂之间的关系具有重要意义。The influence of amounts of FEF(fast extruding furnace black)carbon black and DCP(dicumene peroxide)vulcanizing agent on the performance of NBR(nitrile butadiene rubber)/AEM(ethylene-acrylate copolymer)blend rubber was investigated by using the regression analysis method.The results show that in the test range,with increasing of FEF amount,the minimum torque(ML)and the maximum torque(MH)of the rubber all increase,the scorch time(ts1)prolongs,the positive vulcanizing time(t90)exhibits the trend of first shortening and then prolonging,the hardness of the vulcanized rubber increases,the elongation at break decreases,the tensile strength and tear strength first increase and then decrease,the oil resistance performance in the standard oil ASTM 1^# and ASTM 3^#improves.In the test range,with the continuously increasing of DCP amount,the ML change of the rubber is not obvious,but the MH increases significantly,ts1 and t90 all shorten,the hardness of the vulcanized rubber increases,the elongation at break and tear strength decrease,the tensile strength first increases and then decreases,the oil resistance performance in the standard oil ASTM 1^#,ASTM 3^#increases.By comparing the contour lines of various performance of the rubber,the variation rule of the influence of the amounts of FEF and DCP on the performance of the rubber can be obtained.It is of great significance to predict and evaluate the relationship between various performance of the rubber and compounding agents.
