摘 要:【目的】树头菜除食用、药用、材用等价值以外,还具有良好的生态价值。为促进树头菜扦插苗的生长和缩短培育时间提供技术指导。【方法】利用不同质量浓度的生根粉(ABT-1)、萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)处理树头菜1年生插穗,分析了不同种类和质量浓度的激素处理对树头菜扦插成活、苗木生长表型性状和生物量的影响情况。【结果】对以不同种类和质量浓度激素处理的树头菜扦插苗各生长指标的综合分析结果表明,最佳处理组合为A1B2C2,即用50 mg/L的ABT-1、200 mg/L的NAA和200 mg/L的IAA处理树头菜插穗后,扦插苗成活率最高,且其扦插苗的鲜生物量和干生物量均最高,其叶片数、分枝数、株幅(植物地上部分所能形成的最大宽度)、苗高、叶柄长、芽粗的平均值均最大。对扦插苗生物量的极差分析结果表明,不同种类激素对树头菜扦插苗生物量的影响的主次顺序为:生根粉>萘乙酸>吲哚乙酸。【结论】将不同种类的植物生长调节剂按其适宜浓度混合利用,可以显著提高树头菜的扦插成活率,并能显著促进其扦插苗的生长,提高其各器官的生物量。为了保证树头菜扦插苗能有较高的成活率和生物量,可选用50 mg/L的ABT-1、200 mg/L的NAA和200 mg/L的IAA作为其育苗生长调节剂。【Objective】Crateva unilocular is not only has the value of food,medicine and materials,but also has good ecological benefits.This study provided technical guidance for promoting the growth of cuttage and shortening the incubation time of C.unilocularis.【Method】The annual cuttings of C.unilocularis were treated with ABT-1,NAA and IAA with different mass concentrations to study the effects of different hormone treatments on the survival,growth and biomass of C.unilocularis.【Results】According to the comprehensive analysis of C.unilocularis growth indicators treated with different concentrations of different hormones,the best scheme for this experiment was A1B2C2,in which 50 mg/L ABT-1,200 mg/L NAA and 200 mg/L IAA were used to process C.unilocularis with the highest biomass of fresh and dry masses,and the average values of measured number of leaves,number of branches,plant size,seedling height,stalk length and bud diameter reached the maximum,and the cutting seedlings treated with this treatment had the highest survival rate.Range analysis of its biomass showed that the effects of different hormones on C.unilocularis cuttings were ABT-1>NAA>IAA.【Conclusion】The combination of plant growth regulators at the appropriate concentration significantly accelerates the growth capacity and the survival rate of C.unilocularis,and has an important effect on the biomass accumulation of C.unilocularis cuttings.In order to ensure the high survival rate and biomass of C.unilocularis cutting seedlings,50 mg/LABT-1,200 mg/L NAA and 200 mg/L IAA can be selected as the growth regulators of seedlings.
