摘 要:在涡轮增压器轴承体中设计强制喷油孔,探究强制喷油孔对涡轮增压器轴承体温度特性的影响。通过在气体发动机实验台架上进行涡轮增压器回热实验,测试其轴承体中涡轮端浮动轴承以及密封环在发动机稳态和瞬态工况下的温度情况。实验表明:在相同实验工况下,强制喷油孔轴承体在稳态工况下降温效果较为显著,涡轮端浮动轴承温度最高降低了82.3℃,降幅为40.7%;密封环温度最高降低了118.5℃,降幅为43.4%;强制喷油孔轴承体在瞬态工况下涡轮端浮动轴承最高温度降低了36.9℃,降幅为11.6%;密封环最高温度降低了42.5℃,降幅为9.8%。发动机热停车后,涡轮增压器轴承体涡轮端浮动轴承与密封环最高温度受热倒流现象影响,其最高温度远高于标定点工况时的工作温度。To investigate the influence of forced injection hole on the temperature characteristics of bearing housing turbine-end field,the copper-constantan thermocouple was carried out on steady and transient temperature experiments of bearing housing on the engine workbench.The experimental results show that compared with the conventional bearing housing under the same experimental condition,the forced injection hole bearing housing has a good cooling effect in turbine-end floating bearing and piston ring.The cooling effect is remarkable in steady state operation condition,the maximum temperature of piston ring can be decreased by 82.3℃and the drop is 40.7%,the maximum temperature of piston ring can be decreased by 118.5℃and the reduction is 43.4%.In the transient operation condition,the maximum temperature of turbine-end floating bearing can be decreased by 36.9%and the drop is 11.6%,the maximum temperature of piston ring was decreased by 42.5℃and the drop is 9.8%.After the engine is stopped thermally,the maximum temperature of floating bearing and piston ring are affected by heat reversing flow,the maximum temperature is far higher than the temperature in the rated power point.
